Una mirada a Vanesa Lorenzo y no es difícil ver cómo se ha forjado una carrera internacional en la industria del modelaje desde que era una adolescente. La piel brillante, los ojos brillantes, el cuerpo fuerte y delgado y la postura sin esfuerzo, pero cuando profundizas un poco más te das cuenta de que es más gracias a su compromiso con la salud y el bienestar que a su deseo de vender revistas… Cuando la carrera de modelo de Vanesa la llevó a Nueva York hace más de 15 años, su actitud hacia todo su bienestar cambió. Empezó a practicar yoga con regularidad, se centró en la alimentación integral y adoptó la gratitud y la atención plena como una nueva forma de pensar cada día. Fue tras el nacimiento de su primera hija, Manuela, cuando este cambio la llevó a escribir su primer libro de yoga y bienestar, Yoga, un estilo de vida, y a dar a conocer su mundo de salud, felicidad, maternidad y estilo a su legión de seguidores a través de sus crecientes plataformas de redes sociales y su blog.
Pero si crees que se trata de una simple historia de una madre modelo a la que le gustan los batidos verdes, piénsalo de nuevo. A lo largo de los años, Vanesa también ha incursionado en el diseño de moda (su marca homónima tuvo mucho éxito e incluso obtuvo el codiciado premio Marie Claire al Mejor Diseñador Novel), además de colaborar en una colección de ropa para niños con The Animals Observatory, una marca de la que fue miembro fundador.  También está trabajando en un nuevo libro sobre la crianza positiva, que saldrá a la venta a finales de año.
